Special Announcements
| Neighborhood Information Meeting | The Hill Farms Neighborhood Association is considering pursuing two major projects over the next couple of years.
First, to undertake the detailed steps for the possibility of seeking designation of our neighborhood on the National Register of Historic Places to permit tax credits for home rehabilitation work. If the neighborhood is so designated, it would be optional for property owners to request tax credits or not.
Both projects were reviewed at a public Information Meeting January 8, 2011 that was open to Hill Farms residents. Click here to read notes from the January 8 meeting. A follow-up meeting was held for the neighborhood on April 2, 2011.

| University Ave. / Whitney Way Krupp Redevelopment Project | The property on University Avenue and Whitney Way formerly owned by Erdman Development Group has been transferred to Krupp General Contractors, who is taking the lead on redeveloping the property. Initial development is proposed to include UW Health facilities, as well as mixed-use development. The University Hill Farms Neighborhood Association will be working with the Spring Harbor Neighborhood Association on mutual areas of concern.
