Home-For-Sale Listings

Many Hill Farms residents look for other homes in the neighborhood when they consider moving to a larger or smaller house, and non-residents considering a move to Hill Farms often visit our website to research the community.

For $30, dues-paying members can post their home listing on our site for a 90-day period. Listings will consist of an address, a link to their MLS listing, and the posted date.

To list your home for sale:

1. Send email to info@hillfarms.org with your request, providing:

- Home's mailing address

- Owner's name (Hill Farms Association members only)

- Link to the home's MLS listing

2. Send check for $30 payable to Hill Farms Neighborhood Association to:

Listing Service Rules and Terms

Home listings will be posted within two business days of receiving payment.

Listings will expire 90 days from posting, unless renewed.

Expiring listings can be renewed an unlimited number of times, at a cost of $30 for each 90-day period.

Listings can be removed upon the owner's request at any time. Refunds will not be given for unused portions of the 90-day listing.

This site will only accept listings for homes within the University Hill Farms neighborhood. Rental listings will not be accepted.

Owners of listings must be dues-paying members of HFNA in good standing.

Listings consist of home address listing, a link to the MLS listing, and the posted date. No other details, including prices, descriptions, or open house information will be posted.

The HFNA Board has the right to refuse any listing or to change the terms of this listing service if needed.
